CSA has been trusted to develop from project inception, Construction Security Plans (CSP) for projects CONUS and OCONUS supporting agencies across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. Drawing from our specialized experience, best practices, and lessons learned obtained from driving accreditation across over 4 million sq. ft. of secure facilities globally ensures your project is getting ahead of the learning curve from inception. Our approach to CSP development with associated design and performance requirements, has resulted in overall project cost savings through our low-risk efficient approach to ICD 705 compliance and risk management.

This proven approach is rooted in our years of developing and training industry and Government partners on CSP development along with customizing CSP templates for various Government agencies and DoD organizations for projects ranging from MILCONs to renovations both CONUS and OCONUS.

ICD 705 Secure Facility Design

Proper facility design for accreditation in accordance with ICD 705 for SCIF and SAPF requires not only understanding of policy but experience applying these standards to a broad range of facilities across various Accrediting Officials. CSA has been trusted to design and engineer the most efficient and cost effective physical and technical security requirements to ensure on-time accreditation in accordance with ICD 705.

Reliance on application and interpretation of ICD 705 with limited experience presenting, validating performance in the field, and communicating with your AO will add considerable risk to your project. Allow CSA to be your trust partner to deliver accreditation.
